My 4 year old loves it. My 1.5 year old also plays with it ( at lowest handle position) whenever he gets the chance.The description matches the actual product.Quality of the material used on the scooter is nice!The base and handle are sturdy but light even for my 4 yo to lift and carry the scooter on steps etc.Wheels with lights are quite cool and smooth.Handle has soft rubber which gives adequate cushion.Changing height of handle is very easy.Dismantles into two parts easily to carry on a trip - though I haven’t done it yet.It turns with tilting the handle. My 4 yo has already learnt to make it turn after struggling for 2-3 days.It has a brake as well.Overall I would say I made the right decision to buy after searching a lot online.
