A: Yes! This is an eel sauce for sushi or just over rice in a bowl. You can lightly brush or drizzle this savory sweet sauce over your eel, other fish, or even tofu, vegetables, mushrooms, or even rice balls. Then grill your meat and veggies. A: It means it was produced on July 11, 2020.  Some manufactures use Julian code for production date.  The expiration date would be 540 days from the production date, which in this case January 2, 2022.  I wish they would just put expiration date, so it is easy for everyone to understand.
