But I contacted customer support and at first I thought i would be in trouble because the person whom I spoke with didn’t know much about the product, nonetheless, she was very attentive and tried to help and she gave a number for their technician in the USA and he was able to walk me thru the set up process with a breeze. In just a few minutes I was up and running. I am not totally happy with some of the behavior the unit is presenting but given the fact that it was less than half of the price of a LCN replacement I can’t complain too much. The hardest part of it is laying out the conduit for the power supply. The wireless switches are great, but for exterior doors I prefer the hardwired switches. The programming allows a personal touch for residents. The open; close and hold open time are adjustable. The instructions are not perfect but they do have very good tech support in the US. As an installer I can see myself being busy.
