On this particular set I also experience no "High Beams" even though it's supposed to have both low & high beam. When I tried to switch to high beam it would only "flicker" but there was no real change. I contact the seller to inquired about it and I got no response. That was more than 4 days ago. I've asked amazon for a return options on these ones.
