Would not do firmware update or format new 32Gb SD (which was already formatted, so it partially worked). Also, did not have feature the company rep claimed it has--ability to ad hoc request photo or vid clip any time--no, you can't.Bonus Negative Points: seller refusing to take it back and evidently lying to Amazon (and Amazon apparently being lazy about checking facts). They keep telling Amazon that the refund window had closed before refund started...but it had not.So almost $600 and from Sept 11 to now and still no refund. Had to appeal Amazon A-to-Z denial based on window falsely closing, and waiting on that decision.
