I use a Resmed CPAP machine with nasal pillows, and it leaves little lines on my cheeks where the straps were in place overnight. She said these covers would eliminate the lines, it would be more comfortable, and the fit would actually be improved. She was right on all 3 counts.I have only used these for a week, so I don't know how long they will last before the Velcro gives out. However, I think they are quite overpriced for what they are. They consist of a 4x5 inch piece of fleece with a narrow strip of Velcro as a closure. The fleece is folded in half and then attached with the Velcro to make a tube that fits over the C-Pap straps. My C-Pap straps are 3/4 of an inch wide and these were too big and slipped off easily whenever I would remove my mask. So, I modified them by folding in the middle and sewing a 1/4 inch seam. Now they fit perfectly and do not slip off. They do work to prevent the dreaded C-Pap morning face creases. However, now that I know what they are, I will make my next set myself.
