For years I took a multi-vitamin daily and figured that's all I needed. Oh how wrong I was. Anyways, PhosphatidylSerine or PS caters to your brain and how it connects the dots so to speak. It helps you remember things and helps you get out of that brain fog that can be frustrating. While it usually takes a couple of weeks to really see a difference, I started noticing changes almost immediately. Nothing drastic, but subtle little changes and me no longer asking myself "Now what was I doing?" In my research I did read that this should not be taken with blood thinners and certain medicines, so check with your doctor. Also, it says you should not take it longer than six months.
