The bottle says 1-3 drops. That's been about right for most of my polishes needing a boost. When I am doing nail art, sometimes 1 drop is too much! So...good stuff! Only one of my quick dry top coats needed more than 3 drops (Quick dry, what do you expect?). The dropper tip of the bottle is very convenient, I only made a mess the first time I used it and I think it was more because dopey me was trying to hold the brush out of the bottle at a wacky angle when I dropped. I've since discovered it is MUCH better to take the whole brush out of the polish bottle, drop in your thinner, then stick the brush back and shake! I think this works better than straight acetone, doesn't evaporate as quickly, and never lessens the gloss shine of my polish. The effects last longer than using polish remover or acetone.
