Even asks you to confirm length before ordering. I did. My Nexgrill 720-0133 needs an 18 7/8" long burner. My arrived and are only 16 7/8" long. I have to return them. Asked if other buyers had the same problem and one guy answered his too where 16 7/8" long ( 1/8" short for him but he made them work.) Mine are 2" short and no way they will work. I've read the ad again and again and it clearly states the length as 18 7/8". I have a question posted. Please go there and let me know if you needed and received the correct length of 18 7/8. I emailed Direct Store and asked if they had the correct size burner. Their response was to ignore my question about the length of the burner and said they would refund my money. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I want the 18 7/8 burner for my grill. I ordered a second set and same thing, burner were on 16 7/8 inches so I returned the second set.
