Since I sew all gifts to be given for whatever occasion, I go through loads of zippers, buttons, etc. This past Christmas I made 11 hooded pullovers which required zippers. I would have spent $47 for eleven rather than $13 for 100 at my local fabric store! I try to take advantage of sales and stock up on extra zippers etc. However, I often refrain from cutting a zipper shorter to fit a project because of the cost. With these, I don't hesitate at all. They are such a great value.I've had no problems at all with the quality, and no one has complained that a zipper needs replaced. My six year old grandson is pretty hard on closures and he has no problem zipping and unzipping his pullovers.I also make a lot of quilted totes and bucket bags. These zippers are perfect for interior pockets as well as exterior. I just wish there was an assortment of black, white, and cream zippers for the same price.
