You will want to let this sit and off gas before re-install, I waited at least two weeks. There were few small scratches during install and on highly touched areas, mostly on the passenger side lol. I would be getting new seats but all the plastic would be painted.** A: I can recommend as I recently did my TJ Jeep. However, follow the directions closely and get the adhesion also. My interior was a Tan color and I wanted the Black Satin color. I did replace a few parts with the black finish (got on eBay), particularly for those parts that get hit and knicked a lot, since I knew I would have to touch it up more frequently, but overall was pleased with the change, really brought a different look to the jeep! Although more time consuming, I took my door panels out, center console out and dash out by piece, painted everything separately, then reassembled, to get all the hard to reach areas. It was a full weekend project from start to finish, but really happy with look, and everything blends together. It took me 5 cans, as I double coated everything for solid coverage. Hope this helps! **Q: Is this non-conductive? It usually says whether it is on the back of the can** A: I don't think so...is thin like spray paint. **Q: Can this be used for refinishing exterior plastic automotive parts?** A: Yes.
