I have a strange problem. When I was 3, my father was using a hatchet and he accidently let me get hold of it and I nearly chopped the end of my right forefinger off. He wouldn't let the doctor remove it and it healed back together but now I have 9 straight as a ruler nails and this one that turns way down. I can only let it get half as long as the others because it hits the table when I lay my hand flat. But I love the thing-it's one of those odd things that makes me who I am. So now I'm into doing my nails long with poly-gel, I bought these to lengthen the nail along with the others and it works perfectly. Not too thick, hugs the nail to absolute perfection, especially on the one side where the scar is, the nail goes down further and these cover it up right to the edge. Paint on the gel, put on over the nail, cure and easy off, I couldn't ask for a better fit or form. It's precisely what I needed and had been looking for. If your nails curve, (like the one of mine does) or you just prefer the look, then these have a great deep curve to them that I think you would enjoy to the fullest.
