In reality, well, I don't know because I could never actually use them. The entire back of the item is sticky. Great for adhering to the clothes. Except, it ends up sticking to your fingers and getting crumpled when you try to peel off your fingers and stick on the shirt. You can try placing the items w/ the back on, and peel the back to stick that way. However, the nature of fabric is that it is flexible, so as expected, the sticker will move too. If you actually ARE able to get it on the clothes, heaven forbid you misalign. It is near impossible to fix. Thank goodness they were cheap. No tears when I throw the box in the garbage.I'm a new mom and am thinking of trying my breast pads (not joking) instead.
