I have tried tons of different brands, including the popular ones like Vega, and found all of them to have excellent ingredients and nutrition but horrendous taste. It seems like the fall within one extreme or the other, lightly sweetened sawdust or stevia overload. I saw this brand came highly recommended for taste on a fitness website so I thought I'd try it. I was happy to have a different flavor option besides chocolate and vanilla and the price was way better than some of the ones I had tried. I have to say, this is the holy grail of vegan meal replacement for me. I am not a vegan but I drink use meal replacement shakes for breakfast when I don't have time to make it. I prefer vegan powders as dairy really upsets my stomach. I like how much protein and fiber is in this powder and the added bonus of digestive enzymes and probiotics to help keep your digestive system healthy.
