Do you say “keto friendly” because that’s what’s hot so you want to take advantage of that or do you just lie just to lie?** A: I think the maker says keto friendly because it has low (3 g per serving) cane sugar but on the other hand it also has wheat and most people on keto diets would not eat wheat or sugar so it's probably not really keto. There are different versions of keto, different levels of carbs allowed so at 13 carbs per serving, that would be on the high side. To be honest, they should probably say low carb, not "keto friendly." **Q: Gluten free? Carb count?** A: 18g carb. Not gluten free. Contain wheat flour. Check the images on the Amazon listing for full nutrition/ingredients info. **Q: Do they contain real sugar** A: Hi there! Our wafels contain a small amount of real cane sugar and are also sweetened with monkfruit extract! Thanks for your question! **Q: How are these keto friendly??** A: They advertise themselves as keto friendly because they are Low in sugar (3 grams) and high in fiber (6 grams.) They are 100% delicious! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small & sweet *by L***T on October 20, 2026* Small size just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great tasting, low-sugar snack *by W***. on October 20, 2026* Great low-sugar snack ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Packaging size could be confusing...ALSO ASK Amazon to package this product to ship to you. *by S***A on April 6, 2026* This product has been repackaged from the bag I had bought around Christmas in 2025. There is only 1 cookie in each single packaged snack. It tastes the same but they are the same size of the "2 cookie package" I had bought at Costco. I'm glad I got them on sale thru Amazon because the price was OUTRAGEOUS when I was looking for them on line. I had seen some complaints about the boxes being opened, crushed or damaged thru shipping. There was an option to have Amazon "package this product to ship for free...Thank you Amazon! They arrived w/o container damage...although one box was "opened" All the contents were accounted for and looked fine. I am a Diabetic and am always looking for a treat when I need one. This cookie does the trick and does not shoot my blood sugars up. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rip Van Wafels Dutch Caramel Mini Stroopwafels, Low Carb Snacks, Non GMO Snack, Keto Friendly, Office Snacks, Low Calorie Snack, Low Sugar, 32 Pack - Rip Van Chocolate Hazelnut Wafer Cookies, Keto, Non-GMO, Healthy Snacks, Low Carb & Low Sugar (2g), Low Calorie, Vegan, 16 Count - Rip Van Wafels Snickerdoodle Stroopwafels, Healthy Snacks, Non-GMO, Keto Friendly, Office Snacks, Low Sugar (3g), Low Calorie, 12 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/135207937-mini-wafels](https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/135207937-mini-wafels) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kuwait* *Store origin: KW* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
