The mouth piece is very comfortable.The fact that I can use my phone as a power source is a super cool feature.Auto shut off so you don't have to watch a clock.Even the packaging is nice! It's basically it's own travel case.Most important - IT WORKS!I saw a big difference after one use. Instructions suggest 2x daily for up to 10 days.I didn't stick to that schedule very well, but my teeth reached my desired shade after only 5 uses.Never even used all of 1 of the gel pens. I have been using this for a week and now I see the difference as expected. I have tried other LED whitening kits before but others needed the bettery to be changed and the mouth tray was so awkward that it made me drool a lot. This one is working with the phone so I can kill time watching Youtube videos for 15 minutes AND don't need to worry about the batteries and the mouth tray fits well so I don't drool anymore. (before I thought I'm meant to drool if I use the whitening tray, but now I know it was the TRAY.) Also, there is a desensitizing serum which is so thoughtful as my teeth are quite sensitive. I put this on after whitening process and it definitely helps!
