After one day of use, humidifier stopped working. I emailed the seller and they quickly responded giving me instructions to try and fix it. After instructions didn’t work they quickly sent me a replacement to my new address that I had given them through email. Product started working immediately. Again, like last one, when I tried to turn it on it wouldn’t come on. After a while it started up again but now it’s only producing a small stream of mist despite being completely full of water. From first day use, i know it’s capable of producing more. The product is exactly as pictured, a bit smaller than I had imagined but still super cute. If I can’t keep it as a humidifier I’d definitely keep it as decoration lol.I think the sellers are amazing but this particular product isn’t that great. I haven’t used it long enough to speak about how well it humidifies but usage has been difficult. I wouldn’t buy this product again. That said, I’d definitely purchase from this seller again.
