I've had a problem with yeast infections for several years and have tried EVERYTHING to clear it up, but nothing ever worked for long. I finally read an article written by a female doctor, who had suffered with the same condition. She said that you need to change the ph in your vagina. Vitanica yeast arrest suppositories accomplish that by using a combination of homeopathic remedies....such as boric acid and tea tree oil etc. You also need to take an oral probiotic daily. She recommends the brand Probiotic Pearl Complete, as they are a triple layer softgell that protects the active probiotics inside from heat, air, moisture and stomach acid for maximum survival and delivery to the intestine. (Beware of ordering the suppositories in the summer, as I've had a couple of boxes arrive with them melted) As another reviewer stated, be sure to keep them in your refrigerator. You should also wear a light days panti liner, as they can stain your underwear.
