I was doing a remodel with steel studs. Someone previous open a big hole with a hammer and left it. Also cut out some of the steel studs. I had to rebuild some of the studs to get a place to mount the box. Drywall guy finished around it. I ended up having to modify the clips and tape them to hold it just long enough to install. The cover trim falls off easily.
