And the reason behind it is because the FDA does not regulate what is put in vitamins and some vitamins are not what they say they are so I decided to make my own. I would absolutely love these empty gelatin capsules if they weren’t so big. Their description of what they’re made of and the color are to the point but I wish that they would’ve put that the double zeros were actually a larger size. I thought the double zeros would be a smaller size. Now I know that they’re not. I’m hoping that the distributors Will trade out for a smaller size. Because I really like the presentation of the pills but just not the size.
