You get an oaty base with a subtle hit of lemon; you can taste lemon, but it isn’t an over powering taste, just about right.Each bite is 97 calories, but it isn’t actually very satisfying for that calorie hit, even though it is low. A bite is literally just a mouthful overall, although you can obviously nibble and make it last longer. There isn’t a huge amount of appetite satiation in something so small and the temptation is easily to have a second or even a third.The calories aren’t the only problem with such a small portion. There is 27% fat content (5.3g in each small bite), albeit this is tempered by 14% fibre (2.8g per bite).I do like the bites and will buy more once I have eaten my way through the first box, as long as I can establish the willpower not to eat too many in one sitting.
