I came upon it accidently while looking for dairyfree,rice free, egg free,Gluten free flours or breads The bread I make with this flour is like the home made bread I made 50 years ago. It's the best, since I went Gluten free in 2004. I think everyone should tell their grocery, health food store to carry this flour. They are trying to get into the Midwest, as they are out West. They also have ready made pastas. I love this company.
