It completely crashed my software and I could not use my car navigation or media system. I spent a lot taking my car to a garage and they told me this was the problem. I removed it and my system started working again. Whenever I plug it in it crashes my car. Plesae get in contact as I would like to swap this for one that will hopefully work.
