Instore. The peds that I bought in store had the blue silicone on the heels. I couldn't find them in store anymore. So I purchased these. These did not come with the silicone on the heel. I was worried at first, but I've been wearing them for awhile now and absolutely love them. They do not slip down. They do not move around in my shoes. They do not leave any sock balls in my toes. I like these because they are sock material and not nylon or pantyhose material like some no show socks. Plus I like all black. I do not want colored or white. Please do not stop making these. Definitely worth the money.
