Guess what I found that in this book it made me feel happy at first then after that the adventure started. Not only does the character look like me but there are so many ways I relate to her: nasty little brother, two best friends and enemy, dog. There are so many wonderful things about "Whatever After" annd so many things can be in real life. In my opinion, this is one of the best books in the world and that is why I'm giving it five stars. By the way I am saving up my money to buy all her books and that is how great her books are. I plan to finish all of her books by the end of the year and I'm only nine years old! One day, she follows Jonah to the basement where the old owners left behind a creepy mirror...a creepy MAGIC mirror. They're accidently transported into Snow White's story and save her from the evil queen. But that stops the prince from saving her, and if he doesn't save her then they don't fall in love and live happily ever after. It's up to Abby and Jonah to fix it!This book is great for kids who enjoy fairytales/Disney movies and would foster an interest in reading their first chapter book as they get to read about familiar characters in a new way. The main character Abby wants to be a judge and loves justice, but she can be selfish at times. However, she does have character growth and learns to think of others needs as well as her owns. The brother sister dynamic between her and Jonah is realistic and portrayed well. There's also funny moments sprinkled throughout the narrative. This book looked like it fit the bill for her & it certainly did. She absolutely loved it, & I've bought her the rest of the series since. She enjoys books that contain humor & these books do. It's been such a blessing to see her have such a passion for reading.
