This is the second tap I’ve bought, amazon thankfully refunded my first one as I bought it a while before I finished my bathroom and fitted it. After a week of use, water was pooling out of the seal on the ball joint as the handle swivels and dripping down the shaft. I wasn’t happy. I had to buy the exact same tap as I had drilled my worktop specifically for this tap and with it being a long reach one it needed to be the same. (I had to buy one to send one back as I couldn’t be without a tap). The second one arrived and all was good for about 3 weeks but now the exact same thing is happening. For the price I expected it to be a really good quality tap but how wrong was I. It has put me off buying anything like this again from Amazon because although they’re pretty good with refunds you don’t seem to get a manufacturer’s guarantee with them. Once the refund time has elapsed you’re pretty much snookered. ### ⭐ Don't bother *by H***9 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 August 2021* As others have experienced, this tap leaks from the lever making it useless.It looks good and is quite sturdy but it's not fit for purpose as it leaves a puddle all over the top of the vanity unit our sink is fitted to.
