Its easy to use, light, suctions is strong, and I love all the tools. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 years and still cleaning with no failures *by P***F on May 11, 2025* It has been 4 years since I purchased this vacuum and it has held up, doing a great job cleaning, and more than worth the cost. Prior to purchasing this vacuum, I was under the impression that u.s. brands really sucked (excuse the pun) but to my surprise, this particular Bissell model has been great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything I Was Looking For And I'm Not Disppointed. *by A***R on June 9, 2020* This is the first vacuum that I had bought in close to 30 years. I have a Rainbow but that is such a pain to use so I figured it was time to buy a new one. My criteria list included one that is lightweight, has attachments for reaching the ceiling and getting into the dryer lint, bagless, and something that will be good on pet hair. I could have gone with a higher end vacuum but I wanted something under $100. This one fit the bill and I am not disappointed.Putting it together was simple and only took about 15 minutes or so. You just snap things together. There is so much I like about this machine. I really like the fact that all the attachments are right there on the machine. No more searching where I put the attachments. It is very easy to empty and the filter can be washed. It adjusts easily to the height of carpets or bare floors. It is decent on picking up cat hair but it must be emptied frequently because I have 3 cats. I am disappointed that it tried to eat the strap of my laptop bag-leaving a big hole in it. That was my fault for not picking up the bag before vacuuming around it.Using this machine almost makes me rethink my position I always had on how much I hate vacuuming.
