They fit about right though the band at the top that holds them in place is still tight. It is also irritating as it pulls at the hair on my legs and feels uncomfortable. I decided to pull the top band all the way up to my biking underwear which has a small amount of material going down my legs. That way the band sits on top of the material and doesn't irritate my skin.I used them once while mountain biking already and they work well. I did notice the back of my legs was getting pretty toasty in the sun because of the material.
