When I put them on the support was okay, not what I anticipated but chalked the fit up to first time use. They held excellently and did not come off. I took them off without issue, cleaned them per package and let them dry for 2 days.Second wear put them on and was more versed so the support was much better. The problem became when I took of the support: the adhesive separated from the backing, on both supports. Both pieces where still intact just not not connected to each other.
