I say this because reviews for other raised garden beds (that were more money) had bad reviews of material quality and splintering. I took a gamble and purchased this (with no reviews) at a cheaper price. We love them! I think the quality of the wood is perfect for what we need it for, and it’s smooth with no splinters. We have two and would like to eventually get a third. Easy to put together and looks very nice. Almost like we know what we are doing in the garden.
