So, I was looking for a pillow that is 'adaptable'. I really like that Codi allows you to add and remove foam so that you can raise and lower the pillow height.The packaging is high quality, instructions are clear with nice graphics!Tips: Remove the cooling cover and wash it per instructions. And make sure to air the pillow at least 24hrs before use, the foam does have a chemical smell which may bother you.The cooling fabric is soft and really works! I would recommend this pillow to my friends and family!. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pillow that keeps you cool *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2019* The pillow is cold to the touch and stays cold for a good amount of time while resting on it. Make sure you read the instructions on the papers to put it in the dryer, otherwise I would have never known to do that or adjusted the firmness. There is a small scent that goes away after about 2 times running it in the dryer. Adjusting the firmness is simple, just take out some of the memory foam or add some from the extra bag they give you. I sleep on my stomach and move around a lot in the night so it’s difficult to find a pillow with the correct firmness. I wake up without a sore neck as well (I tend to get kinks often). It’s also been hot lately and in the time I’ve owned the pillow it starts off cool, and while it doesn’t stay cold the entire night, it helps me not sweat as much.
