Used these bags for packaging a large number of small pieces of hardware. Worked well for the most part, we did end up with some customers letting us know that the bags had torn open during shipping. This is most definitely due to our usage of them though which is probably much heavier than 99% of other customers.

While the bags are true to size according to the description as well as color, they are not cellophane.  Rather they are only "Cello".  I had ordered looking for Cellophane bags and was disappointed to find out they are simply "Cello", or more like a typical plastic bag.  I wouldn't order if you are looking for a cellophane bag.  If you are looking for a typical plastic bag, they are perfect.
