A: The braces run small. I am about your size I am 155 pounds 8 weeks postpartum and I got the size XL and it fits good, it may be just a tiny big for me but I can since it in to where it fits good. You would probably be good with a large though.

It’s comfortable, breathable, you can adjust the tightness and fit to your liking, and I love that! The belly band is very easy to use, and i wear it during my work outs. It helps your belly and gut area sweat just like a waste trainer. Product definitely works well. This was the right purchase for me. This has worked perfect post panelectomy, after losing a 120 pounds, I needed to have skin removal surgery across my stomach and you have to keep it bound in compression for the first 16 weeks. The binder the hospital gave me stretched out really fast and didn't keep good compression. For the price, this is hands down the best compression belly binder that I have found and it has worked absolutely perfect post surgery.
