Very quick and easily to assemble and then disassemble. Fairly sturdy once up and everything is locked into place. Seems like it will do fine for me a few times a year on camping trips. The biggest problems are as follows; careful you don't get cut on the many sharp edges, remember that you cannot close the lid while cooking, so bring an appropriate cover if you hope to control heat loss, and many campsites in the western states will not allow the use of charcoal grills... which is not the fault of the company but a factor to consider when purchasing an item.
