I waited a month before I wrote this to make sure they were good quality! EXCELLENT. My legs feel the burn the next day, stays very stretchy and firm to movement. A great addition to your workout ☺️ The one I am showing is the medium, 25-35 Ibs resistance and is my sweet spot! The 35-45 is very resistant but better for the more advanced ! I will get there soon 😂
