**Q: Does the tube of this product look exactly like it does in the picture?**
A: The tube of teal green with a white cap is NOT the same product. My cats don't like the teal green with white cap Hairball Medicine. They will take it though but it causes them to have loose bowels. We have much better results with the purple capped tube. I'm having a hard time finding the purple capped tube.

**Q: Is this a paste or a sticky gel? i see 2 different answers.**
A: It’s a sticky gel. My cat loves it. Used to put it on my finger for her until realized she will lick it directly from the tube. I just squeeze a little at a time from the tube. No mess.

The Hartz Hairball Remedy Plus Salmon Flavored Paste has been great for our cats and kittens. They actually enjoy the salmon flavor, which makes giving it easy, and it helps reduce hairballs noticeably. Easy to use, effective, and our cats stay more comfortable and less gassy. Definitely a helpful addition for any household with long-haired or shedding cats.

My long-haired cat was vomiting hairballs off and on and then one day she vomited a sausage shaped hairball so huge that I can only imagine that it had filled her entire stomach.
