However, for the price, it's really not an issue because these are so cheap, it doesn't matter if you have to sometimes discard a partly-used cartridge. The print quality is excellent and reliable. One thing to note is that if you do need absolute top-quality black printing, the black ink is not completely as black as you would find on a genuine cartridge - it's more of a very very very dark grey; but really not noticeable unless you compare them side by side -- not an issue for me ! I will buy more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great value *by S***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 October 2012* These do what they say on the tin. If you are wondering if they have a downside then there are two 1) they sometimes failt to work but in 1 in about 30 or so so it is not a problem with the price this good and b) they may / will clog your printer nozzles but again, I replaced my printer after a year of using these inks and even with the cost of buying the new printer, I saved over £100 over using genuine inks! Unreal. Definitely buy these, I always buy from these guys and they arrive very quickly too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Exemplary Service *by P***X on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 January 2012* This is truly outstanding service.About six months ago my previous Canon printer went wrong - one of the nozzles jammed and I couldn't clean it. Amazon said they would replace the then 10 month old printer. Thus I changed it and decided to buy an Epson. However at the end of last week, I went to change a cartridge in the Epson, (compatible from More Inks - not original - which I had changed several times before) and it wouldn't come out - in fact none of the four cartridges would release from the printer. I rang Epson who tried various things but when none worked they said send it back to Amazon. I arranged all that without problem, but then as an afterthought dropped a line More Inks. In a brief mail I asked whether they would refund the four remaining packs of compatible cartridges since I was changing back to a new Canon model which had rave reviews a month ago, and they would be useless. My last line was something like, 'it is a pity the compatible cartridges became incompatible'.An hour later I got a phone call from More Inks who offered to pick up my old printer and replace it with a new one. I explained that the one I was planning to buy was around £200 but the old had only cost £79. They said that was OK and they would send a courier for my machine, which they did within 24 hours. They said as soon as it was back they would despatch the new one which they duly did and it arrived three days later, together with a free pack of compatible cartridges for the new printer! It all works perfectly and the whole exchange was done in under a week start to finish.
