I also like that they come with high quality gels/gel holders and a grid. But, what I like about this is that they are almost universal since they mount at the end of any 7" rolled lip reflector. I can use the same barndoors on my Buff lights, my Godox lights or my Bogen mount lights all without modification. The gels are set in metal frames that attach to the barn doors with slide in brackets at the bottom and magnets at the top. This is very secure and a snap to install or remove. The grid is plastic but well made. If one thing could be better it would be to have put a removal pull tab on the grid. As it is, the barn doors need to be removed from the light in order to push the grid out. Not a big deal.
