**Q: Can you disassemble it and assemble it again?**
A: No, you can not disassemble. The wooden parallettes have glued handles and also a long security screw bottom up that locks in the handles so these will never turn and keep you safe!

**Q: What are dimensions of these please? Length and height in cm?**
A: Hi.  Full length of our wooden parallettes is 31 cm (25.4 cm is the length of the rod, which is the clear room to place your hand).  The full height of the parallettes is 10 cm (4.4 cm is clear height from the floor to the wood rod). Please refer to picture number 3 for a clear overview of the dimensions.  Hope this helps
