The neck strap is easily adjustable and there is an extra strap lower down with an adjustable lock that makes sure the sides of the cover don't accidently fly up with a gust of wind, or if your baby kicks it and also means that I can adjust the babies position without worrying about exposing myself. I feel very covered and safe using it, it's made feeding while out and about so much easier.
