Even it feels comfortable to kneel on when getting down to clean baseboards. Also great for giving comfortable foundation for working at low levels like under the sink or a lower cabinet.I love thickness of this mat, feels like a memory foam cushion between me and the floor! I always wanted to thick mat because to keep my knees protected from the floor as I do lot of other actives as well as yoga. This mat is exactly what i needed.
