To run both cordless phones requires 2 pair of battery. Asked amazon regarding the same they offer 100 Rs coupon instead of pair of batteries for which I am a bit disappointed and that is also after explaining all 2 3 times to them, their executive don't know that it requires 2 pair of batteries for 2 cordless. I am not bothering about the coupon (they never gave it even though they said) but feels they should provide battery or refund the amount of battery.
