The box had some silicon sealant applied on the corners but there were gaps where the sealant was not applied (rush job?). The front baffle did not have any sealant applied and had a small gap (BIG NEGATIVE). I bought some Liquid Nails and applied it to all corners and that seemed to do a great job. The MDF took my #6 drywall screws perfectly and none were striped (good MDF).
