My room is always so hot that I have a hard time sleeping. Since I got this I've been able to get a good night's sleep once again. I used it a couple of times. The functionality and cooling were not bad. However with a minor bump into the wall, the power inlet seems to have moved/bent slightly. Its barely noticeable. Alas, now the unit receives no power. I even bought a new adapted and tried.It seems minor but the unit is completely unusable now. Customer support was not responsive either when I reached out.
