It does a great job and has not shown any signs of wear or loss of functionality. Mu wife used it the first time, and I used it the second time on the carpets. She thought I was going through the cleaning solution and emptying the container quicker than she did, but turns out she wasn't able to squeeze the trigger as far as I could for dispensing the solution. May not be a problem for others, but does take a bit of hand strength to pull the trigger. Does a great job and the carpets dry pretty quick - within a couple of hours. We directed air with a fan placed in the room, to speed p the drying process. Review: Cleans great and easy to use! - We bought this carpet cleaner because we were tired of spending hundreds of dollars for a company to come do it. This cleaner works great!
