Mixed fruits offer vitamins and minerals while ragi adds the much desired Omega 3 fatty acids needed for behavioral development in kids.

Organic Ragi, Milk solids, Organic sugar, sodium caseinate, Organic strawberry flakes, organic orange flakes, organic apple flakes, Edible vegetable oil, salt, Vitamins, Minerals, Essential Fatty acids & Alpha Amylase.

Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool. Pour necessary amount of lukewarm water into a bowl. Mix in recommended quantity of Ist Bites, stirring continuously, until pap is smooth.
