They came very stiff and scratchy. When I pre-washed and then dried them, they seemed to shrink up w/ horizontal creases that didn't fully iron out. Regardless, I would have preferred different, softer shirts even before I inadvertently "toasted" them. Shipping was just as noted. We cut it close, but they arrived on time. He has been into getting dressed up lately so this was a great way to do so! My boyfriend thought this suit was a little cheap (but he also wears a suit everyday to work so not sure his opinion is completely accurate in this case) I thought it looked great for a kid's suit at a great price. We didn't use the black tie as I thought it looked a bit formal (almost Wedding like) so I replaced it with a blue stripped tie I had bought. My son is 6 and on the slim side, he usually wears a 6 (sometimes 7) in pants and the 7 fit him just awesome! The jacket was a bit big but I expected that ordering a size up from what he normally wears. The vest and shirt fit him great as well. He wore it out all night at a family reunion and it held up well and kept it on the entire time with no complaints. When the jacket is buttoned it is hard to see the vest underneath but it might just be because the jacket was big on him.
