I'm a 26 year old male, 5'6, 150lbs, and I had been looking for something to help me sweat a little more when doing cardio. I like to run, use the elliptical, and use the stationary bike. This waist trimmer is comfortable doing all of these activities, and admittedly it did take me a minute to figure out how to actually wear this (don't laugh). It secures by velcro in the front of your body, with straps on each side (as shown in the product photo) to help get an even more snug fit.This waist trimmer is VERY comfortable to wear and boy does it make you sweat even more for a more effective workout. I've been using it for a few weeks now and while I think it's too soon to say if it's helping shed pounds, it's definitely doing something right. Hospital wanted over $70 for something similar which I knew I would never use again. I dont really need to tighten it too much or it would irritate the bandaged incision, but it was easy to figure out my comfort spot rather quickly. Because of the back support it has also helped me get up after laying down without straining the area I am trying to protect. I wouldn't say I would wear it after I heal once I start working out again, but it has definitely helped me out for what I bought it for. I plan on using it when l move in a couple of months for the added back support.
