Twice. *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2020* The first one to be delivered seemed in good shape, but I went to lift the handle while cleaning it and the handle feel right off. It's not like there was even able pressure being applied, it literally fell off. So I sent for an exchange despite some misgivings...I could tell that the handle had little soldering applied to keep it in place and I was not hopeful that the next one would be better. Well that one arrived broken in the box. The wire had snapped off on that one also. I really wanted a stainless steel slicer for cleaning and durability... I've dropped the marble one before and broke the marble, but this is just very poorly made.
