My mom was always complaining about her legs and how much they hurt when she walked. Everything was just really aching. I asked her if she was taking any depression medication. She wasn't so I told her to take 2 of the AM capsules in the morning and 2 of the PM capsules at night. What a difference! Sure she is a little stiff when she gets up after sitting for a while, but her joints don't hurt anymore. It has made her so happy. She ran out of Flex and Repair the other day and didn't take her PM capsules. She said she really felt the difference.
